Who we are
Built for businesses that outgrew their tools
There are a lot of business platforms out there. Some are huge, some are hyper-specialized, some are chasing every market at once.
We're not trying to be huge. We're trying to be useful.
Ambivo was born from a simple observation: every successful business we knew had the same problem. They'd outgrown their tools. The CRM that worked great with five people broke at thirty. The spreadsheet that tracked cash was unmaintainable. The accounting system was built for another era. They weren't looking for more tools—they were looking for fewer tools that actually worked together.
So we built one.
What we got right
- CRM that actually helps close deals
- Commerce that doesn't feel like a tax on your sales
- Accounting that matches your actual business
- Automation that saves time instead of creating it
- An app builder so you can stop waiting for vendors
What we know we'll get wrong
- We'll miss some edge cases
- Some industries will need customization we haven't built yet
- We'll make mistakes and have to fix them
But here's what matters: We're committed to getting better. Every day. Every customer feedback. Every "this is broken" email. We take seriously.
We're not a venture-backed rocket-ship company trying to maximize exit value. We're a team building a platform that we want to use ourselves. That means we prioritize stability over hype, reliability over flashiness, and usefulness over feature count.
We believe the best business software is built in conversation with the people using it.
Not focus groups. Not surveys. Real conversations with real business owners who've bet their livelihoods on their tools.
If that's you, we want to hear from you. Not after you've bought a license. During. We want to know what's working, what's broken, what you wish existed.
That's how we'll build something worth building.
