Yes. Upgrade from your account settings whenever you need to. Your data and settings carry over. The upgrade starts right away, and added users are charged a prorated amount.
Yes. Update your card and billing details from your account settings at any time. The change applies to your next invoice.
No. You pay the plan price, plus any add-ons you choose. Add-on prices are listed above, and there is no setup fee and no contract.
Yes. Billing is month to month, with no contract and no cancellation fee. Before you move to Basic, bring your usage within Basic limits and disconnect bank accounts. You can export your data first.
Bank connections and phone numbers work on Basic. The contact add-on (+25K contacts) and AssetBase need the Business plan.
