The Dashboard is the at-a-glance view of your asset estate and its compliance state.

What the Dashboard Shows

Total assets: the size of your register.
In repair / service: assets whose maintenance state needs attention.
Past shelf life: assets beyond warranty or expected end-of-life.
Open audit exceptions: unresolved discrepancies from the latest audit (missing + unexpected + misplaced).
Assets by category: a breakdown so you can see the composition of your estate.
Latest audit: the most recent stock-take with its matched / missing / unexpected / misplaced rollup.

The register can be exported (filtered or full) to CSV/Excel for finance, insurance, or audit records.
Audit exception reports are the compliance artifact. Export them per session for sign-off and retention.
All figures are scoped to your organization and update live as assets change and audits complete.
