The Dashboard is the at-a-glance view of your asset estate and its compliance state.

What the Dashboard Shows

• Total assets — the size of your register.
• In repair / service — assets whose maintenance state needs attention.
• Past shelf life — assets beyond warranty or expected end-of-life.
• Open audit exceptions — unresolved discrepancies from the latest audit (missing + unexpected + misplaced).
• Assets by category — a breakdown so you can see the composition of your estate.
• Latest audit — the most recent stock-take with its matched / missing / unexpected / misplaced rollup.

Reporting & Export

• The register can be exported (filtered or full) to CSV/Excel for finance, insurance, or audit records.
• Audit exception reports are the compliance artifact — export them per session for sign-off and retention.
• All figures are scoped to your organization and update live as assets change and audits complete.
