Calendar
Sync Google and Microsoft calendars, schedule meetings, and view events on CRM records
The Calendar in Ambivo helps you manage your schedule, create events, and sync with external calendars like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. You can view your appointments in month or day format and keep everything in one place.
What Is the Calendar?
The Ambivo Calendar is your central scheduling hub. It shows all your events, appointments, and meetings alongside your CRM data. Because it syncs with external calendars, you do not need to switch between tools to manage your schedule.
Getting There
- Log in to Ambivo
- Click Calendar in the left sidebar
- Your calendar opens showing the current month by default
Calendar Views
The calendar offers five different views. Switch between them using the view toggle at the top of the calendar.
Day View
Shows a detailed timeline for a single day with time slots. Useful for seeing exactly when your meetings are scheduled.
3-Day View
Shows three consecutive days side by side. A good balance between detail and overview.
Week View
Shows the full week in a columnar layout so you can see your schedule across all days.
Month View
Shows the entire month at a glance. Each day cell displays event titles so you can quickly see how busy your schedule is.
- Click a day to see its events in detail
- Click an event to open it
Schedule View
Shows your events in a simple agenda-style list format, useful for quickly scanning upcoming events without the time-grid layout.

Will my Ambivo events show up on my phone?
Yes, if you sync with Google Calendar or Outlook and have those apps on your phone, Ambivo events will appear on your mobile device.
Can I see my team members' calendars?
This depends on your role and permissions. Managers may be able to view team calendars. Ask your administrator about access settings.
What happens if I change an event in Google — does it update in Ambivo?

Can I set up recurring events?
