Common Questions
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Personal Info and update your email. You will need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.
What if I forget my password and have MFA enabled?
Use the password reset flow from the login page. If you cannot access your MFA device, use your recovery codes. If you have lost those as well, contact your administrator.
Does changing my theme affect other team members?
No. Theme and appearance settings are personal preferences — each user controls their own.
How many access tokens can I create?
There is no strict limit, but create tokens only when needed and revoke any that are no longer in use.
Tips and Best Practices
- Enable MFA for maximum security — it only takes a few seconds during login
- Keep your profile photo and contact info up to date so your team can identify and reach you
- Review Active Sessions periodically and revoke any unfamiliar ones
- Use Dark mode to reduce eye strain during long work sessions
- Revoke access tokens you no longer use to maintain security
